Operational notes
Registration of spouses and children above 10 years as associate delegates is compulsory for participation in conference activities.
Delegate kit remains subject to availability for registrations completed on spot.
Residents and fellows are required to submit a certificate from the HOD.
Extra lunch coupons are available for Rs. 1500/- per day.
Extra gala dinner coupons are available for Rs. 2500/- per day.
Payment may be made through RTGS, NEFT, or demand draft in favour of Himalayan Ophthalmological Society.
