Scientific Submissions
Submission Guidelines
All submissions are subject to review by the Scientific Committee. Last date for all submissions is 15th June 2026. For queries, contact Chairman Scientific Committee Dr. Saurabh Luthra at chairmanscientificcommittee@uksos.org.
Category 1
Free Paper Submission
- Last Date for Submission is 15th June 2026.
- Only two Free Papers can be submitted by each delegate.
- Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted.
- Age 45 years or less at the time of paper presentation.
- The work presented should be original and done by the author himself / herself in India.
- All the presentations should be loaded before the session.
- Best free paper will be awarded the Dr. M. C. Luthra Gold Medal.
- The gold medal-winning paper will automatically qualify for presentation at the next AIOS Annual Meeting and will receive a cash prize of ₹ 10,000.
- The duration of presentation will be 5 minutes followed by 1 minute for discussion.
- It is essential for the presenting author to be registered for the 22nd UttaraEyecon Conference 2026, Mussoorie.

Category 2
Poster Submission
- Last Date for Submission is 15th June 2026.
- Only two E-Posters can be submitted by each delegate.
- Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted.
- Best Poster will be awarded the Dr. A. K. Mehrotra Best Poster Award.
- You will be required to upload it in PowerPoint Presentation format by due date notified in the accepted email and on the site.
- The PowerPoint Presentation should be a maximum of 12 slides, including the title slide, and should not exceed 5 MB.
- Please mention your E-Poster number in the PowerPoint Presentation's filename.

Category 3
Film Festival Submission
- Last Date for Submission is 15th June 2026.
- Only two Video Presentations can be submitted by each delegate.
- Maximum of 3 Co-authors are permitted.
- Last date for uploading your video is 15th June 2026.
- The duration of the presentation will be 6 minutes.
- It is essential to be registered for the 22nd UttaraEyecon Conference 2026, Mussoorie.
- Best Video Film will be awarded the Dr. Satanshu Mathur Best Video Award.

Category 4
Young Achiever's Session Submission
- You can send a summary of your recent publication in an Indexed Journal / Paper Presentation / Instruction course in International / National Conference / any other major scientific achievement during the last 12 months.
- Age eligibility: 45 years or less at the time of conference.
- Last Date for Submission is 15th June 2026.
- Best Young Achiever will be awarded the Dr. R. N. Singh Young Achiever Award For Best Innovation.

Category 5
Ophthalmic Photography Submission
- Last Date for Submission is 15th June 2026.
- Each delegate is allowed to submit a maximum of two photos per category.
- You can submit under the following categories:
